HANA Plant Maintenance
- Functional Consultant

• Facilitate the development of new interface of SAP ECC 6.0 Plant Maintenance and integrate with other EAM components as well

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

• Well averse with SAP ECC 6
- Plant Maintenance functionalities such as PM Master Data, Preventive and Reactive maintenance and its integration with SAP ECC 6 modules such as fixed assets, procurement and quality management.

• Good know how of Linear Asset Management and integration with PLC/SCADA systems

• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirements

• Able to Design, customize, configure and testing of PM processes

• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

• Document functional designs, test cases and results.

• Perform Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing of objects

• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

• Act as a liaison between the business functions cutting across various countries, functional and technical team at offshore.

• Work self-directed and independently

Desired

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in SAP PM

• At least 1 full cycle implementation in SAP ECC in as well as projects where SAP EAM has been implemented

• Ability to work with multi-lingual and multi cultural teams with Excellent communication skills

• Experience in a continuous manufacturing industries preferred

• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
