Summary: The successful candidate will work in the Human Resources department and will be responsible for maintaining the SAP org unit/position hierarchy directly in the SAP system. Responsibilities will also include performing an audit of the structure and correcting any deficiencies.

• Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
• Must have 3 to 5 years of SAP HCM experience

• Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
• Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive feedback (Required)
  Knowledge of computer software, such as SAP HCM;
  Excel, Word, Job

• Gather requirements from business units and maintain the SAP Org Unit/Position hierarchy
• Participate in business meetings to discuss re-organization designs
• Develop metrics to record SAP system updates
• Mentor team members and impart SAP knowledge
