Provides functional and technical support for district software applications. Diagnoses incidents, assists users, manages tickets and access, performs application configuration and testing, coordinates with vendors and development teams, and creates knowledge articles to promote reliable application use.

· Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, business systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

· 3–5 years of application support or service desk experience

· Knowledge of ticketing systems, SQL fundamentals, user/access administration, testing, and troubleshooting

· Ability to translate user issues into technical requirements

· Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills. K–12 or enterprise application experience preferred.

Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered. Assignment-specific requirements may apply.
