Provides experienced advisory and hands-on support for district technology initiatives that require specialized analysis, planning, implementation, assessment, or problem resolution. Works with stakeholders to define needs, evaluate options, develop recommendations and deliverables, and support successful execution and knowledge transfer.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a discipline relevant to the assignment, or equivalent experience

Typically 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in the applicable technical or consulting area

Demonstrated ability to assess complex needs, facilitate stakeholders, develop practical recommendations, produce executive-ready documentation, and manage assigned deliverables

Strong analytical, communication, and client-service skills. Relevant professional or technical certification may be required based on the engagement.

Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered. Assignment-specific requirements may apply.
