Partners with district stakeholders to analyze service-management needs and translate them into effective Service Now processes and solutions. Facilitates requirements sessions, maps workflows, writes user stories and acceptance criteria, supports testing and adoption, and promotes consistent platform governance.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years of business analysis experience, including 2+ years with Service Now
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and modules such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
• Experience with process mapping, Agile user stories, UAT, and stakeholder facilitation
• Strong written and verbal communication. Service Now CSA or business-process certification preferred.

Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered. Assignment-specific requirements may apply.
