Our client is looking for an Oracle Cloud Consultant who will be supporting the Oracle ERP team’s goals of supporting Finance and accounting operations within Oracle Fusion Cloud and related business process. The Oracle Cloud Finance Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, optimizing Finance processes, and implementing Oracle Cloud solutions. This role collaborates with stakeholders to enhance system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless business operations within all finance modules (AP, AR, FA, CM, Accounting Hub, GL).

The analyst will work closely with the business team to identify areas of improvement and drive end to end solutions needed to support the business growth and customer service.

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to maximize system functionality, streamline business processes, create efficiencies, and facilitate automation.
• Support and lead new and existing users in the implementation of Finance enhancements by
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Cloud Finance applications.
• Configure and support Oracle Finance Cloud modules, including AP, AR, FA, CM, Accounting Hub, GL.
• Works closely and liaises with the company IT teams supporting integrations (middleware) and other applications such as COUPA, Concur and other ERPs to support Oracle Cloud system solutions and issue resolution
• Leads implementation or enhancements for business solutions by coordinating with development and governance teams to document functional specifications, assist with configuration, conduct testing, provide training, write documentation and standard operating procedures.

• Bachelors Degree in IT or Business or similar
• Five (5) or more years of professional experience in Oracle ERP with a minimum of 3 years experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Expertise in Oracle Finance Cloud modules
• Oracle General Ledger (GL)
• Oracle Accounts Payable (AP)
• Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Oracle Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Accounting Hub
• Strong understanding of accounting principles as it relates to daily financial system support.
• Expertise with System Administrator and Workflow Administrator
• Mission-oriented with ownership mindset and leadership capabilities to drive incident management and resolution
• Experience with SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher for data analysis and reporting
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, commitment to execution in a rapidly changing and evolving environment
• Knowledge of integration tools (OIC, Boomi)
• Ability to communicate with and influence peers and leaders, as well as ability to establish new relationships quickly
• Collaborative, yet able to operate independently; self-motivated/driven yet able to lead and influence in a matrixed environment
• Provides the function of bridging the understanding and perspective gap between users and technical teams. Uses communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills combined with technical and domain knowledge to identify solutions for business requests

• Hourly range is $50/hr - $65/hr based on shift, experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
