Product Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and delivery of technology product releases for airline operations and customer-facing tools
• Support product managers with backlog grooming, requirements, and documentation
• Track project timelines, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams
• Analyze product performance data and user feedback to inform enhancements
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings, sprint ceremonies, and communication between tech and business teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory technology standards
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and operations to refine features and improve usability
