EY’s Oracle Services practice is a national consulting team that helps clients plan, pursue, deliver, and manage large Oracle HCM initiatives. The role leads Fusion HCM and Benefits configurations, driving requirements, design, testing, and deployment.
You’ll guide strategy on HCM best practices, manage data integrity and governance, and coordinate across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and vendors. A hybrid in-person/work model is expected with up to 50% travel.
