What you'll do

  • Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to release
  • Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc
  • Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities
  • Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility
  • Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state
  • Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice new ways of working
  • Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s)
  • Coach Product Owners/Managers with techniques for establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog
  • Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation
  • Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as necessary
  • Coordinate and manager application releases by preparing release plans, publishing release notes, and ensuring timely communication of deployment activities, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth, compliant, and successful production deployments with minimal business disruption
  • Lead the end-to-end change management process, including change request creation, impact assessment, risk evaluation, approval tracking, and implementation planning
  • Ensure all changes follow organizational governance standards, maintain audit compliance, andcommunicateeffectively to impacted teams and stakeholders.
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
  • Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders
  • Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
  • Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization
  • Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
  • Participation in scaled agile frameworks

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification)
