51905 HROC LLC is seeking an Optimization Specialist to improve performance across marketing, operations, and digital workflows. In this role, you will analyze data, map processes, and identify bottlenecks to increase efficiency and ROI. You will build dashboards, run A/B tests, and recommend changes based on quantitative insights. The Optimization Specialist collaborates with leadership and cross functional teams to prioritize initiatives, document new processes, and track outcomes.
Ideal candidates are detail oriented, data driven, comfortable with analytics tools, and able to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and marketing performance data to identify improvement opportunities
- Map and document current processes, workflows, and KPIs
- Design and execute A/B tests and optimization experiments
- Develop dashboards and reports to track efficiency and ROICollaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize optimization initiatives
- Recommend process and system changes based on quantitative insights
- Monitor post-implementation results and iterate on solutions
- Standardize and document optimized processes and best practices
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure data quality and accuracy across analytics and reporting tools
