** Basic Qualifications*
* + Proven experience authoring functional specifications from business requirements.

+ Demonstrated track record working with ABAP developers to create/customize SAP solutions.

+ Direct experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector.

+ Strong analytical mindset with a history of driving data‑based decisions that boost revenue and cut costs.

** Desired Skills*
* + Hands‑on SAP configuration expertise (e.g., PM, MM, PP, PS, SD, MDG).

Experience with iDoc processing and integration patterns.

+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

+ Background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and enterprise asset/warehouse management (EAM/EWM).

+ Experience collaborating with military customers and navigating defense‑specific compliance.

+ Proficiency with SAP Fiori and/or SAP Personas for modern user experiences.

+ Ability to facilitate change‑management workshops and learning activities.

+ Solid product‑ownership or project‑management experience, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
