Description
- Work closely with IT teams and third-party vendors to support Business Units on mobility-related projects.
- Management of access for New Hires with iPad and various applications
- Coordinate with the maintenance training team to develop, refine, and deliver mobility training programs.
- Manage the tracking of shipments for returns and replacements with Base Admin & Base Managers
- Administration of the document control management tool in coordination with Technical Publications
- Manage Maintenance group application database, as well as assisting in the availability/troubleshooting of all other device applications, including periodic storage management.
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Manage the formatting and dissemination of information via the iPad device (Alerts, Bulletins, Read and Signs), including management of base-specific materials. Ensure consistency in documentation
- Sustainment of the Mobility program and refresh iPads when applicable
- Perform duties as a liaison to the Regional Group
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 mobile device support.
- Encourages an environment of sharing and team work among the team.
- Troubleshoots and resolves system issues, and/or coordinate same
- Supports system change process for iOS and/or App updates
- Stays current with systems technology best practices and changing technologies, in order to maintain domain expertise and recommend enhancements or changes
- Travel, as required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- 2 years of management experience of assets
- 1-year Help Desk and/or customer service experience
- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Airline industry experience
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as JAMF/SOTI
- Experience supporting mobile devices such as Apple iPads, Windows Rugged Tough books, and mobile printers.
- Experience working with Apple device products such as Apple Configurator, Apple Business Manager (ABM)
- Experience with Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, iPadOS), Wireless/Cellular technologies, Computer Networking
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office programs
- Comply
365/JeppFD-Pro apps knowledge is a plus - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Apple certification is a plus
- The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience.
- Candidate must be local.
- There will be 1 onsite interview.
- Candidate will be working onsite Mondays
- Wednesdays; virtual Thursdays/Fridays. - Technical assessment must include the candidates experience and knowledge on MDM solutions eg/ JAMF & SOTI. Knowledge on apple devices
- Apple device products such as
- Apple Configurator, ABM.
This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
