We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Permanent Financial Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is an integral part of our Engineering team, responsible for managing and improving the financial systems that help our business thrive. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial systems, a strong background in accounting or finance, and a passion for problem-solving.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, develop solutions, and support the implementation of those solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your technical skills and financial acumen in a challenging and rewarding environment.

• Manage and optimize the performance of our Oracle ERP and Microsoft Navision systems.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in our financial systems and processes.
• Gather system requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
• Design and implement customizations to our financial systems to meet business needs.
• Support the testing and rollout of new system features and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain BI reports using a variety of tools, including Excel and other BI tools.
• Collaborate with various teams within the organization, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to ensure our financial systems are meeting their needs.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users of our financial systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Engineering industry.
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle Finance, and Microsoft Navision.
• Proven experience in gap analysis, system requirements gathering, and system customizations.
• Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with various BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
