Sr Claims Analyst (Digital Claims)

Job DescriptionResponsible for resolving day-to-day complex claims and escalations including in-depth analysis for fraud and non‑fraud claims, handling complex decisions based on analytical research, established policies and procedures, and judgment. The role follows all applicable regulatory guidelines and establishes procedures while utilizing multiple systems and tools, interacting with multiple business partners and clients to educate, set expectations, or deny the claim.
Responsibilities- Support Digital Claims by investigating and deciding on claim matters.
- Follow up with clients either verbally or through written communication.
- Educate and communicate claim decisions to clients.
- Record data captured during client interactions accurately.
- Operate within the 6:00 am–5:00 pm shift window (8‑hour shift).
- Experience in a Customer Service or Client Facing Environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to diffuse difficult customer interactions.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.

- Prior experience in a Fraud or Non‑Fraud Claims back‑office investigations or Call Center role.
