The role involves leading regional processes, providing technical expertise on networking (TCP/IP, DICOM, HL7, FHIR), and supporting customer connectivity challenges.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience, including healthcare or medical industry experience preferred. Skills in networking, medical device interoperability, and troubleshooting; certifications like Cisco, DICOM, HL7, PMP are advantageous. Familiarity with healthcare standards (HIPAA, GDPR) and web services (XML/JSON) is valued.
The position requires up to 25% travel, ability to work remotely, and excellent communication skills, including explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences. Work setup is hybrid, based in Fort Worth or Lake Forest.
