The Manager, Technology Product Management, plays a critical leadership role within the Global Sales organization, responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for Contract Deal Management (CDM). This role leads the modernization of the technology ecosystem that supports corporate and agency deal modeling, contracting, and implementation, enabling faster speed to market, improved customer experiences, and scalable business operations.

You will partner closely with Global Sales, Sales IT, Data Engineering, Procurement, Programs Strategy, other Commercial teams, and external vendors to deliver innovative solutions that simplify complex processes, improve data quality, and drive business outcomes across the corporate and agency contracting lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

• Execute the product roadmap for CDM platforms and capabilities, aligning investments with corporate and agency sales objectives and technology strategies.
• Lead modernization initiatives, including replacement of legacy systems, platform consolidation, workflow automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Oversee technology solutions supporting contract deal modeling, contract lifecycle management, contract execution, amendments, and implementation.
• Drive optimization of platforms such as Conga CLM, Anaplan integrations, CRM solutions, and supporting contract and deal management applications.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization and enhancement.
• Define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for product initiatives.
• Partner with Sales IT, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize work across multiple initiatives and releases.
• Serve as the primary technology product leader for CDM capabilities across Global Sales.
• Build strong relationships with sales leaders, deal consultants, implementation consultants, technology partners, and executive stakeholders.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Balance competing priorities and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of product owners, analysts, and subject matter experts.
