UX Designer Figma

Ascension needs a
UX Web Designer
to work collaboratively with the design and engineering team(s) to buildout a new
Affordable Care Act
application for clients/new ACA insurance holders. This application will allow users to modify profile information, select insurance plans, search for doctor searches, etc. The “Go-Live” date for this application is November 2021.

• Manager is looking to deliver “best-in-class” patient and employee app experiences for Ascension end-users
• Must have modern Web application design experience
• Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Responsive/Adaptive Web Design experience required
• Gathers requirements
• Candidate must have experience with accessibility and user-interaction design to support healthcare industry standards
• Must have designed
  user friendly web applications
  in the past 1-2 years
• Figma UI/UX design – workflow diagrams, wireframes
• Jira
• Best practices in creating Figma components with many variants
• Experience in
  human-computer interaction and accessibility
• Design on Web
  • Brand aligned with UX
  • Design Figma files created for web subsystems, but natives will need some love after Design System has been created

• Candidate must have experience with Figma as a UX design tool
• Recommend candidate have a collaborative work ethic to align to client’s mission and organizational culture
• Recommend candidate have:
  • (2) the ability to speak up for usability and UX design best practices
  • (3) to create and deliver high-polish, high-quality UI Web designs for the development teams in a reasonable timeframe
  • (4) Excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the risks and issues are identified and mitigated
