The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying and meeting clients’ life insurance needs. Daily tasks include assessing customer requirements, providing personalized insurance solutions, maintaining existing client relationships, developing new ones, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks may involve financial advisory services and collaboration with the team to achieve company objectives.

• Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and familiarity with various insurance products and policies
• Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and general insurance processes
• Understanding of financial principles and their application within the insurance industry
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet goals in a professional setting
• State insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain) preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance or finance sector is advantageous
