Job Description
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Must have a minimum of one year experience and must be well versed in all aspects of immigration law including family based petitions, waivers, asylums and removal of defense.
Excellent oral and written communication is required
Represent clients in immigration court proceedings and hearing
Must have the ability to remember important details and analyze facts objectively, able to present complicated information in a courtroom as well as offer support and counsel to clients.
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with any state
Compensation is based on experience and ability.
