We primarily defend personal-injury claims and lawsuits on behalf of large, self-insured clients, handling everything from trucking accidents and wrongful death claims to premises-liability claims. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in insurance, personal injury, mediation, defense, mediations, and depositions. This is a permanent, full-time position that will require you to represent our clients in a wide range of civil litigation disputes. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a passion for justice.
You will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including conducting research, managing litigation cases from inception through trial, and providing legal counsel to our clients.
