Position: Labor & Employment Associate Attorney - Up to $325k + Bonus

Compensation: $225k – $325k Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus

We’re partnered with a highly respected, full‑service Texas law firm seeking a Labor & Employment Associate as its employer‑side practice continues to grow.

This established firm represents sophisticated regional and national employers in high‑quality employment matters. The practice includes defense of EEOC charges, Department of Labor investigations, and complex employment litigation in both state and federal courts. The work is strategic, business‑critical, and not insurance defense.

Associates are deeply integrated into matters rather than siloed. You’ll work directly with partners, interact with clients early, take depositions, argue motions, and build meaningful courtroom experience. The firm encourages autonomy and long‑term practice development, with billing rates that make it realistic for associates to cultivate their own book over time.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 – 5+ years of labor & employment litigation experience
  • JD and active Texas bar admission in good standing
  • Experience handling EEOC matters and agency investigations
  • Strong discovery, motion practice, deposition, and advocacy experience
  • Comfort litigating in state and federal courts

Bonus Points: Experience representing employers in wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, or restrictive covenant matters. Desire to build long‑term client relationships and practice autonomy
