Our client, a well-established Fort Worth law firm, is hiring a Legal Secretary to support attorneys within its Corporate and Tax practice group
. This role is well-suited for a proactive, organized professional who excels at managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality administrative and legal support.

What You’ll Do
  • Support multiple corporate and tax attorneys and paralegals
  • Draft, edit, and proof legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage electronic court filings and agency submissions
  • Maintain calendars, schedules, meetings, and conference logistics
  • Coordinate client communications and professional interactions
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Assist with timekeeping, billing support, and document workflows
  • Arrange travel and meeting accommodations
  • Maintain document templates, procedures, and formatting standards
  • Provide daily administrative and operational support
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a legal secretary (corporate, tax, or transactional practice preferred)
  • Typing speed of 65 WPM or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms (iManage or similar, Elite Webview or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with clients, attorneys, and internal staff
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
