Our firm is growing, and we’re seeking an
Intake Attorney who can confidently guide prospective clients through the intake process, assess case viability, and—most importantly—build relationships rooted in trust and professionalism.
This is an excellent role for an attorney who enjoys a dynamic workday, excels at communication, and wants the financial upside of a base salary + commission compensation model.
🔹 What You’ll Do- Serve as the
first point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal help. - Conduct detailed
initial consultations
, gather facts, and evaluate case strengths. - Clearly explain the firm’s services, fee structure, and next steps.
- Make informed recommendations on
case acceptance based on legal merit and firm criteria. - Work closely with the firm’s legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track leads, consultations, and conversions using firm systems.
- Maintain a
high standard of empathy, professionalism, and ethical responsibility
.
- Licensed Texas attorney in good standing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly analyze facts and legal issues.
- Comfortable discussing fees and guiding clients through decision-making.
- Organized, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple intake leads at once.
- Prior intake, plaintiff-side, or high-volume practice experience is a plus, but not required.
