We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Attorney to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role is responsible for ensuring the organization’s policies, procedures, and operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent judgment, and experience navigating regulatory and compliance matters in a legal environment.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal investigations as needed
• Advise leadership on regulatory requirements and potential compliance risks
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters
• Stay up to date on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Coordinate with outside counsel and regulatory agencies when necessary

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or related legal work
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• High level of attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an in-office environment
