• Seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with demonstrated experience handling complex business disputes in state and federal courts.

• Representative Matters
• Complex commercial and contract disputes
• Business tort litigation
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Fiduciary litigation
• Banking and financial institution representation
• Insurance defense and coverage disputes
• Manage commercial litigation matters through all phases of litigation
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and substantive pleadings
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Appear in court for hearings and trial proceedings
• Provide strategic counsel to clients regarding litigation risk and resolution
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams to develop case strategy

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas
• 3-7 years of substantive civil or commercial litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Demonstrated courtroom and motion practice experience
• Trial experience (first-chair or significant second-chair) preferred
• Professional demeanor and strong client communication skills
• Careful preparation and attention to detail
• Sound legal judgment and strategic thinking
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters efficiently
• Commitment to professionalism and ethical practice
