Job Description

Seeking Paralegal to support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and closings, as well as in managing cases and performing legal research. The paralegal will assist the law firm with running more efficiently and effectively.

Core Responsibilities
  • Legal Research:
    Conduct extensive research using both traditional and electronic methods to find relevant case law, statutes, articles, and documents to support a case.
  • Document Preparation:
    Draft and analyze legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, briefs, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Case Management:
    Organize and maintain case files, evidence, and other legal documents.
  • Client & Witness Interaction:
    Interview clients to gather information, communicate updates, and assist with witness interviews and statements.
  • Trial & Hearing Support:
    Assemble litigation bundles, prepare exhibits, organize trial notebooks, and support attorneys during trials and hearings.
