Supply Chain Analyst

This position is a Supply Chain Analyst role. The main purpose of the role is to support supply chain operations by analyzing data, identifying trends, and helping leadership make informed decisions across areas like inventory, procurement, production, and logistics.

You’d be working heavily with data to help the supply chain run more efficiently. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining dashboards and reports that track things like inventory accuracy, lead times, forecast performance, and delivery metrics.
• Performing deeper data analysis to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across procurement, production, and distribution.
• Supporting KPI tracking across the entire supply chain—helping leaders understand what’s working well and where adjustments may be needed.
• Partnering with cross‑functional teams such as procurement, planning, warehouse, quality, and finance to ensure data is accurate and consistent.
• Analyzing cost and logistics trends and supporting sourcing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Providing data‑driven insights to help with both demand planning and supply planning.
• Ensuring alignment between ERP systems (like SAP) and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.

The ideal candidate is someone with:

• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, analytics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations or data analytics.
• Strong Excel skills — including advanced formulas, data modeling, Power Query, and the ability to automate or streamline reporting.
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to different audiences.
