** Who You Are*
* A member of the Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Staff team

** What You Will Be Doing*
* You'll be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate to high risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build to print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs  You'll lead multifunctional subcontract management teams   Hold procurement delegation and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority  You'll also lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements,  SOW  and terms & conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types

You'll prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer

- Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations  FAR  or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations  DFAR , Department of Defense  DOD  contracts or TINA

- Price Analysis and Negotiations Experience

- Risk Analysis and Mitigation Experience

** Desired

Skills:

*
* - Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with 4 years of experience; or a Master's Degree with 2 years of professional supply chain experience or related 8 years of professional supply chain experience

- Demonstrated experience managing subcontracts of various types for a Defense Contractor

- Extensive FAR 15, TINA, and FAR 12 Experience

- Unefinitized Contract Negotiation and Execution

- Executive level Presentation Skills

- Advanced skillset navigating SAP

- Root Cause Corrective Action Experience

- Department of Defense Procurement Lifecycle Knowledge

- Extensive Cross Organizational Communication Experience

- PO Folder documentation experience

- PO Folder Peer Reviewer
