Supply Chain - Subcontract Management Senior, Level 3

Description

As a member of Lockheed Martin’s Global Supply Chain, you will impact major complex procurements of different contract types and interact with program management and upper leadership. You will operate autonomously and collaborate with strategic supplier leadership.

Manage a major supplier’s production and sustainment efforts for a major subsystem on the F‑35, F‑16, C‑130, or F‑22 program. Lead solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, and award of purchase orders above and below the TINA threshold for repair, sustainment, and production orders. Engage with the supplier to ensure compliance to awarded and solicited efforts. Work with a Team Lead and manager to access knowledge and resources for timely, effective work.

Own technical documents, terms and conditions, and pricing alignment on all efforts.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with SAP and procurement
• Experience with FAR, DFAR, and DoD Programs
• Experience working in Supply Chain within the Aerospace Industry

• Extensive background with GSC processes and strategies
• Negotiation strategies
• Developmental contract experience
• Funding requirements for strategic sourcing
• Working knowledge of standard contract types
• Experience with strategic sourcing / finding second sources
