Role Overview

The Material Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient flow of materials throughout the supply chain. This role ensures that materials are accurately tracked, received, stored, and distributed in alignment with production and operational needs. The Material Coordinator works closely with vendors, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor MTR Outlook inbox to identify and process incoming MTR documents.
  • Respond to e‑mailed requests for MTR paperwork with accurate documentation.
  • Organize all MTR documents and ensure proper documentation is permanently tied to inventory records in ERP system.
  • Monitor current sales that require MTR documents to provide information promptly.
  • Assist fellow associates in other clerical tasks in the dispatch office.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred; an associate’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in material handling, inventory control, or supply chain coordination.
  • Computer literate; proficient with MS Office 365.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal).
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Detail‑oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach.
  • Physical requirements:

    sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.
