At Domino’s Pizza, we’re looking for leaders who can manage a busy store, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain profitable operations. The role includes overseeing cost control, inventory, cash management, and staff performance. The candidate should bring strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES- Responsible for all activities during the shift including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
- Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and set an example for the crew.
- Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, quality standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality.
- Transportation to/from work, maintain store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Many team members progress from delivery drivers to franchise owners. The store offers opportunities for growth to roles such as General Manager, Franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, maintain inventory and paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Orientation and training provided on the job
- Communication skills: verbal and written, give correct written instructions, interact with customers and co‑workers
- Mathematical skills: accurate add, subtract, multiply, divide, change and use of calculator
- Motor coordination, computer keyboard or touch screen use
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks
- In‑store temperatures 36°F–90°F+
- Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F
- Fumes from food, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
- Talking and hearing on telephone
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks
- Depth perception, ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, manage stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS- Stand for most tasks; walk short distances; sit for paperwork
- Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 50 pounds; lifting cases up to 72” high
- Carrying: heavy cans, sauce, dough trays up to 12 lbs each
- Pushing/Pulling: moving trays on dollies (force up to 7.5 lbs)
- Climbing stairs or ladders occasionally; forward bending, crouching/squatting as required
- Reaching up to 72” above, down into low areas
- Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination, forearm and wrist force, manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter, box assembly
- Deliver product by car to customers, flyers and door hangers
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery
- Navigational skills: reading maps, locating addresses, navigating adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings
- Carry pizzas and beverages while walking, climbing, and delivering to customers
- Travel between store and vehicle, plus to each delivery location
- Possible navigation of five or more flights of stairs during delivery
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather
- Far vision, night vision for driving
