Supply Chain/Business Logistics Coordinator - IV

Our client is currently seeking a Supply Chain/Business Logistics Coordinator - IV.

11AM CST to 7PM CST Monday to Friday.

The contractor position will support the Supply Chain operations for the ITTS (Inventory Trouble Ticket System) Investigation team. The ITTS team is responsible for investigations and working on resolution of carrier shipping, working closely with the fraud teams or warehouse related issues to prevent negative customer experiences or impacts to Verizon by identifying fraudulent claims, carrier related issues, 3PL issues or systemic issues that are driving a negative customer experience.

This will require collaborative engagement with our 3rd party warehouses, carriers, and internal Supply Chain and IT partners. The role will be responsible for meeting daily service level commitments of an average of 80 tickets resolved per day and is responsible for their accuracy above all.

• Proficient with MS Word and Excel, Slack, Point of Sale systems

We offer 7 days a week support to Customer Service Teams. These roles require the ability to work the evening shift from 11AM CST to 7PM CST. Mon - Sunday potential schedule with a 40 hour work week. Some overtime work may be required. Contractor will be located in the Fort Worth office.
