Description
Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) – Level 3 – F‑22 Modernization and Sustainment contracts. You will support the F‑22 program from design to post‑deployment sustainment, assisting the lead ILSM and providing cradle‑to‑grave integration across the enterprise.
Responsibilities• Assist the lead ILSM in all modernization and sustainment integration activities within the portfolio.
• Provide cradle‑to‑grave integration support across the F‑22 enterprise.
• Design for sustainment upfront and plan all sustainment aspects from development through production, deployment, and post‑mod lifecycle.
• Research, model, and monitor material movement, repair, and supply status in GOLDesp and SAP.
• Deliver detailed briefs to Program Office and stakeholders on status and concerns for the modernization effort.
• Support requirements for support equipment, spares, repairs, kit management, technical manuals, training, material requirements, supplier coordination, activation, modification, and depot requirements.
• Create internal and external executive‑level presentations.
• Work closely with Program Management to ensure logistics, sustainment planning, and support meet contractual obligations.
• Participate in supplier and customer meetings and collaborate with analysts, supply chain management, contracts, pricing and shipping entities to track repair or procurement status.
• Operate independently while being a proactive team member to support others as needed.

Fort Worth, TX – part‑time remote telework available; schedule: 4×10‑hour days, 3 days off per week.
Basic Qualifications- Active DoD security clearance.
- Knowledge of ILS elements: spares, support equipment, technical orders, training, depot requirements, and maintenance planning in aerospace or related field.
- Experience integrating across cross‑functional teams (engineering, supply chain, program management, operations).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint for executive briefings and metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support, sustainment operations, or related logistics/supply‑chain discipline.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
- Direct experience with the F‑22 Raptor or equivalent fifth‑generation fighter sustainment data systems and program‑specific logistics tools.
- Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) concepts and control account management (CAM).
- Experience authoring or supporting basis of estimates for proposals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with diminishing manufacturing sources (DMS) or modifications/modernization programs.
This position requires a government security clearance, and the candidate must be a U.S. citizen. Clearance level:
Secret.
