This position is in Fort Worth, TX.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in Built-to-Print Supply Chain, Procurement, Buyer and/or Subcontract Management.
• Management experience with systems, applications and processes (SAP, P2P, PO folders).
• Advanced data analysis, problem‑solving and communication experience.

• Experience with multi‑tasking, following up and seeing assignments through to completion.
• Detail oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in making business‑based decisions and critical thinking.
• Knowledge and experience buying under the guidelines of the FAR/DFAR and other acquisition policies and procedures.
• Ability to understand technical requirements, drawings, manufacturing processes, etc. for build‑to‑print parts.
• Demonstrated proactive, customer‑service oriented, team‑engaged, collaborative and accountable performance.
• Demonstrated communication to interface with various levels of an organization.
• Presentation skills and demonstrated ability to address complex matters quickly.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier development and building relationships.
• Excellent team player, ability to coach, train and review others’ work. Experience peer reviewing.

Part‑time remote telework. The selected employee will work part of their schedule remotely and part in a Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Schedules range from standard 40‑hour, five‑day work week to condensed schedules, which provide additional time away from the office in addition to paid time off benefits.

4 days of 10‑hour days, followed by 3 days off per week.
