Description
Entry Level Logistics Management Analyst to maintain configuration control of Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) equipment, update records, and prepare reports. Experience in related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration, as well as analytical and problem‑solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
ResponsibilitiesManaging inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with government regulations such as FAR 45. The Logistics Management Analyst will also assign equipment to programs and Flight Test Aircraft, initiate engineering equipment requirements, and receive and process equipment. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for success, as well as the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, able to work independently, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills to interact with contractor and government/military stakeholders.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications- A basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing
- Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with government regulations such as FAR, DFARS, and ITAR
- Certifications or specialized training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (e.g., CSCP, CPSM)
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001
- Familiarity with export and import regulations and licensing requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with database management systems
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full‑time. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work SchedulesLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. Schedules range from a standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to paid time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
