Description:
We are Lockheed Martin Entry Level Logistics Management Analyst to maintain configuration control of Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) equipment, update records, and prepare reports. Experience in related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with government regulations, such as FAR 45.
The Logistics Management Analyst will also assign equipment to programs and Flight Test Aircraft, initiate engineering equipment requirements, and receive and process equipment. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this role, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various contractor and government/military stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
A basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing The ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions is essential for this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desired
Skills:
Familiarity with government regulations such as Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Certifications or specialized training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), is desirable. Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, is desirable for ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Familiarity with export and import regulations, including licensing and compliance requirements, is desirable for managing international shipments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience with database management systems. Security Clearance Statement:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
