Who You Are Global Supply Chain, Material Program Specialist What You Will Be Doing The Global Supply Chain, Material Program Specialist, oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university
- Advanced MS Office Suite Skills (such as JIRA/Tableau) - Experience leading many overlapping and diverse projects simultaneously
- Experience reading engineering blueprints Desired

Skills:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to successfully interface and interact with all levels of the organization including executives
- Desire to help implement and lead change
- Subject Matter Expert in any of these areas:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965.
