You’ll perform as a Lockheed Martin, Aeronautics, Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Administrator.
What You Will Be DoingThis position will be responsible for overall cost, schedule, technical and quality performance for F-35 Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. Hold procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. To be successful in this role, you should have a background in the following areas but not limited to: preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicating across multi-functions and multi-level platforms.
Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, write subcontract packages, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university
- Supply Chain Management, Procurement and/or Subcontract Management experience
- Experience working with price analysis and negotiations
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, self-motivated
- Complex problem solving skills
- Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry
- Managing contractual delivery schedules
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work RemotelyPart-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
