Sales Associate & Warehouse Manager
Position OverviewResponsible for daily sales operations, warehouse functions, inventory accuracy, and employee supervision in a print shop and vinyl graphics environment.
Location & HoursForth Worth, TX | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, occasional flexibility for early mornings, evenings, or urgent operational needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations
- Coordinate daily sales activities and customer communications.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with production to ensure inventory availability and on‑time delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor sales activity and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Learn the business with the objective of transitioning into a Sales Manager role.
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and warehouse organization.
- Ensure warehouse operations are efficient, safe, and compliant with company procedures.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to meet production and shipping deadlines.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records within Net Suite/ERP.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and material traceability.
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise warehouse personnel and assign daily priorities.
- Train, coach, and develop employees.
- Manage scheduling, productivity, and performance.
- Promote a positive, accountable, and team‑oriented work environment.
- Enforce company policies and safety standards.
Cross‑Functional Communication
- Serve as the liaison between Sales, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Leadership.
- Provide updates on inventory, production schedules, and order status.
- Escalate operational issues that may impact customer satisfaction or delivery timelines.
- Warehouse, operations, or sales management experience.
- Experience in a print shop, sign manufacturing, vinyl graphics, wide‑format printing, or related printing environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of vinyl materials, print production, and fulfillment processes is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
- Maintain 98%+ inventory accuracy.
- Meet on‑time shipping and order fulfillment goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities with the ability to grow into a Sales Manager position.
