Who You AreGlobal Supply Chain, Material Program Specialist
ResponsibilitiesThe Global Supply Chain, Material Program Specialist manages operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management. Responsibilities include reviewing project status and budgets, managing schedules, preparing status reports, assessing project issues, developing resolutions, and monitoring progress to ensure productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.

CompensationAnnual base salary ranges: $77,700 - $136,965 for covered states (e.g., California, Massachusetts, New York, etc.) and $89,300 - $154,905 for major metropolitan areas in those states. Salary determined by work location, experience, education, and market considerations.
LocationsFort Worth, TX or Palmdale, CA. Position requires special facility access; U.S. Citizen required.
Qualifications- Experience with Supply Chain
- Experience in ERP, MRP, or similar systems
- Experience collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (and JIRA/Tableau)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to interface at all organizational levels including executives
- Desire to implement and lead change
- Strong organizational skills, able to lead multiple overlapping and diverse projects simultaneously

Work Schedule:
4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week;
Onsite full-time at Lockheed Martin facility.
