It is how we help our customers stay ahead in a dynamic market environment. We are currently seeking an Import/Export Analyst to join our team in Fort Worth Texas.

Provides user support for import & export systems including problem resolution, customs queries, user issues and recommends/supports system changes.

Participates in the evaluation, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of specific SCM business processes including cost savings and cycle time reduction.

Provides ongoing support in resolving process/execution issues with both internal and external customers.

Responds to requests for support/service and develops processes to meet customer demands to ensure satisfaction.

Provides necessary data for bid activity on import/ export and transportation related costs.

Monitors activities of the team against defined objectives, reports on achievements and proposes ways in which performance can be improved.

Maintains applicable system tables in support of related activity.

Performs other duties assigned by manager.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience & preferably a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good knowledge of electronics manufacturing environment, material and processes.
• Strong understanding and interpretation of logistics and US Customs rules and regulations.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and business applications such as SAP. Knowledge of SAP’s Global Trade Services (GTS) is a definite plus.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex process/system problems using financial, analytical, and/or statistical models.
• Good understanding of internal and external customer requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.
• Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

• Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
• Duties of this position require continuous light physical effort and exertion including prolonged repetitive motion, standing, sitting in a confined work space.
