Supply Chain/Logistics Manager

As a Supply Chain/Logistics Manager, we rely on you to lead and optimize all inbound and outbound logistics operations for our Pendergrass, Georgia or our Fort Worth manufacturing plant. You will play a critical role in ensuring materials and finished goods move safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively while supporting production, quality, and customer commitments.

You will make an impact by:

• Leading and continuously improving inbound and outbound transportation strategies, including carrier and 3PL management.
• Ensuring on-time delivery of raw materials and on-time shipment of finished goods to our customers.
• Overseeing warehouse operations including receiving, storage, material movement, and shipping.
• Optimizing freight cost, routing, packaging, and logistics processes.
• Partnering closely with production, materials, procurement, and planning teams to support plant performance.
• Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, service, cost, and efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Developing, coaching, and engaging logistics and warehouse teams in alignment with Siemens values.
