Position: Sr. Manager, Supply Chain - New Product Introduction (NPI)

As a Sr. Manager, Supply Chain - New Product Introduction (NPI) , you will lead end-to-end supply chain readiness and execution for new product launches across a global network. This role owns delivery from concept through launch, ramp stabilization, and transition to steady-state operations, ensuring alignment across commercial, planning, manufacturing, and distribution.

You will serves as the central orchestrator of cross-functional activities, driving structured execution, proactive risk management, and decision-making to ensure successful, on-time product introductions at Fort Worth, TX. In this role, a typical day will include:

* Lead end-to-end supply chain readiness for new product launches, including planning, manufacturing, procurement, distribution, and service.

* Drive launch execution through a structured stage-gate and S&OE cadence, ensuring alignment to commercial commitments.

* Develop supply chain design, including sourcing strategy, network flows, and distribution models.

* Establish capacity, inventory, and ramp strategies to support launch and early lifecycle performance.

* Own integrated risk management, including identification, mitigation, and escalation of key issues.

* Coordinate cross-functional readiness (quality, regulatory, systems, master data, logistics, and service).

* Partner with Lifecycle Management (LCM) to ensure seamless transition to steady-state operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)

* The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

* 7 Years of Relevant Experience

Preferred qualifications

* Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.

* Experience in supply chain, operations, or program leadership.

* Proven track record leading new product introductions or complex cross-functional initiatives

* Strong knowledge of S&OP/S&OE processes and planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP).

* Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations.
