** POSITION

DESCRIPTION:

** This position will be responsible for reviewing shipment materials before distributions, collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.

** The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
** TYPE:
** Full Time;
Hourly / Non-Exempt
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* ** Responsible for scheduling outbound and inbound appointments
* Responsible for creating outbound orders in DrinkPAK’s WMS and coordinating with the Forklift Drivers to ensure shipment accuracy and prioritization
* Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
* Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
* Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
* Monitor each shipment to make sure outgoing packages are packed correctly and accurately
* Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
* Tracking and fixing shipping errors
* Preparing bill of ladings (BOLs)
* Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
* Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
* Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership
* Accomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management
* Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s and all Drink Pak’s policies and procedures
* Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity
* Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job

*** QUALIFICATIONS
* ** High School Diploma;
Associate’s Degree+ preferred
* At least 1-2 years of experience in Field or similar manufacturing / warehouse environment; 2+ years preferred
* Forklift Certification preferred
* Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
* Strong project management, time management, organization, and communication skills
* Detail oriented and ability to problem solve and cross check documentation
