Associate Buyer

RECARO Aircraft Seating Americas LLC in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Associate Buyer to support sourcing and procurement of materials and components for premium aircraft seats. In this role, you will issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain optimal inventory levels to support production schedules. You will evaluate suppliers, obtain quotes, and support negotiations for cost, quality, and delivery. The Associate Buyer collaborates with engineering, production, and quality teams, resolves supply issues, and ensures compliance with aerospace and company standards in a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
