We Are Looking ForThe Inventory Lead is responsible for overseeing inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to maintain efficient supply chain operations. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and supplier coordination to meet operational and customer requirements effectively.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)- Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory
- Monitor inventory performance metrics and adjust forecasting models to align with demand fluctuations
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment of inventory levels with business needs
- Analyze usage trends and lead‑time data to improve inventory accuracy and replenishment processes
- Communicate with suppliers to address inventory discrepancies, expedite critical materials, and resolve supply chain issues
- Oversee the disposition and control of non‑conforming inventory to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions, including certification reviews and traceability per company and regulatory requirements
- Lead cycle count programs and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste within inventory operations
- Support internal, customer, and third‑party audits related to inventory accuracy and compliance
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
