• Performs general maintenance and minor repairs.
• Performs safety checks of residential facilities and submits reports to management.
• Inspects grounds daily and ensures alleys, driveways, sidewalks, parking areas and grounds are clear and hazard-free.
• Handles cleaning duties with equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, vacuum cleaners, floor polisher, hand tools, brooms, cloths, sponges, dollies, and cleaning solutions; weight up to 50 pounds.
• Assists with disinfecting areas by scrubbing or spraying as needed and follows infection control guidelines; uses fine motor coordination to manipulate spray bottles and hand supplies.
• Assists Maintenance Supervisor as needed.

• Educational Background:
  High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years of age.
• Work Experience:
  
  Experience is preferred.
