Director of Maintenance

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Maintenance at Discovery Village At Alliance Town Center, located in Fort Worth, TX. The Director of Maintenance will oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the facility, including supervising maintenance staff, conducting inspections, and ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs, handling preventative maintenance programs, managing carpentry and facility maintenance projects, and ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant environment for residents and staff members.

• Experience in Maintenance Management and Facility Management (FM)
• Proficient in Maintenance & Repair, including knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems
• Carpentry skills for minor building and structural repairs
• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage maintenance staff effectively
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient operations of maintenance and facility functions
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards
• Previous experience in senior living, hospitality, or a related industry preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or technical certifications are a plus)
