As a Groundskeeper / Porter, you’ll play a key role in creating a clean, attractive, and enjoyable living environment for our residents and guests. You’ll help maintain the appearance of our apartment community by keeping common areas, grounds, and exterior spaces neat and well‑maintained.

This is a hands‑on position that makes a real difference every day!

• Perform daily upkeep of the property, including trash and debris removal
• Clean and maintain common areas, leasing office, and exterior spaces
• Complete grounds work such as trash pickup and light landscaping
• Assist with custodial duties throughout the community
• Support the maintenance team with miscellaneous tasks as needed

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Some related experience required
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous attitude with residents, visitors, and team members
• Strong work ethic and willingness to be a team player
