Maintenance Assistant
We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team! Assist with and perform general maintenance tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Director.
Responsibilities:- Perform general maintenance tasks and demonstrate a high standard of performance.
- Cut lawn, trims, and edges. Cleans grounds and removes litter.
- Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs. Waters lawn, shrubs, and flowers.
- Make minor repairs to equipment. Complete interior maintenance such as painting, carpet cleaning, and wall repair.
- Shovel snow from walks and driveways. Spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice build-up.
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Previous nursing home experience preferred
- Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance
